"Felt like I was being taken advantage of. Was told that my situation was very mild, but she wanted me to come in 2x a week for a month. When I told her I could not do that due to work, she said I could come back in a month for a recheck and should be done with my current need for therapy. Seems like they just wanted my money (8 appts) and not provide the actual care I would need (2 appt)."

"I have MS and lesion on my lower spine. Evan though I went over all this information and a note from my MS doctor, the physical therapist didn't listen or take this into account for my physical therapy and put me on full PT instead of working me up. So I was doing in some instances 30 reps instead of 10 reps to work me up. This left the lesion in my back terribly inflamed and me unable to walk. I had to cancel the rest of my appointments and was bed ridden. Erica is very sweet, and I like her, but she was very busy and didn't take the time to work with me or understand me. I cannot recommend this facility."
