"First time going there, got appointment confirmations a week before, couple of days before and the same date. We were there 10 minutes before appointment, nobody was there to greet us, could hear sessions going on the rooms, asked for anyone, nobody answered. Called the office number about 4 times, nobody answered, no communication from the office or therapist. We wasted 45 minutes of our time, including, totally unacceptable and unprofessional. The worst part is that they charge from the session before it actually takes place, never has seen that practice. Please use a different service, save yourself a headache."
"My children and I sought therapy here as we reestablish from a domestic violence situation- there were many instances of last minute appointment cancellations and poor communication. When there was an instance of life happening and missing appointments on our end due- therapy for my children was terminated . The owner is money hungry and will cancel appointments if not paid in advance even with consistent payment history and insurance. She does not care about the paitents. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE."
