"The physical therapist are top. The best I have ever seen. The reason for the low stars is. They don’t do their own billing. I told the front desk when I went to then who my insurance was. They told me yes we accept them. That where things go south. I got a bill from Bryant office stated that the insurance would not cover the whole bill. I told the front office that I was 100%. They gave me a number to call. And told we don’t handle billing. Then why can you say it is accept? I call the number that the front desk gave me. My insurance only cover two of the PT there. The one I saw was not cover. And the billing company they pick told me it would be taken care. I told the front desk about this. And got told we do handle billing. I got a new bill we owe over 800.00. Because they don’t do their own billing! Great!"

They are all so nice and accommodating,just made me feel better being there! The professionalism in the business was clearly acknowledged! And for sure I cannot say enough about Mike,his expertism in physical therapy instantly decreased my pain in shoulder! Phynominal Folks!"
