"Other than the pleasant smell and pink themed holiday cheer, I was not very pleased with my experience as a potential new patient. I called and made an appointment with a woman a couple days before as she told me she could “squeeze” me in for a cleaning. I was then asked to send X-rays from previous dentist and I gladly did. I sent the email of x-rays with text saying “for my upcoming appointment”. I saved it to my calendar and all. I arrive for my cleaning and there’s no appointment for me, no history that I called and talked to someone, nothing they could do because the woman who took my info wasn’t there and they were short one doctor that day, told me no more appointments for 5 more months… how crazy. It was the manager who I saw that day and all she could say was “sorry, I am really sorry”. The next appointment she tried to “squeeze” me in for was something way off that I couldn’t come to. Unfortunately hiccups like this is bad for your business. Don’t let these things happen again. Couldn’t even offer me something in return for my time and efforts on sending X-rays and showing up. A discount? A free toothbrush? The treasure chest? lol something!"

Making an appointment has been very easy and wait times before the appointment are minimal. The technicians and dentist make sure you are comfortable (as much as possible) before and during the procedures. We are glad we found Sugars End Dental and plan to continue to use their services."
"Had to make an appointment three months in advance which was lost by the office. They botched my filling which caused an abscess. A complete deep cleaning cost $1200+ and was done by a hygienist, not a dentist. This place used to be great but has gone way down hill. I do not recommend."
"Took my Daugher here today. We have been to a few different dentists and my daughter has never been comfortable. She loves it here and was smiling when she left. Everyone was kind and caring!"
