"If there was an option for 0 stars I'd do that. Don't recommend. They have 1 good Manager but other than that the whole company and the owner I had to deal with were terrible. Didn't even finish a year lease, plumbing issues I complained about upon move in, then after time the sewer smell was terrible from the basement which cedar one refused to fix unless I paid for it. Which I ended up doing because WITHOUT any notice when I called in to specifically pay my rent they applied it to the sewer charges instead and tried to tell me I never paid my rent. When it that same month that I "didn't pay my rent" they contacted to tell me they were upcharging my rent because of my dogs and STILL never told me I was late on rent. In that SAME MONTH they came to my house for an inspection that they did almost every month idk for what cause I don't receive assistance and STILL NEVER mentioned that I was late on rent because they were all aware I paid it. On a "funny note" I was charged hundreds of dollars and my rent neglected for plumbing that WAS NEVER fixed lol ..."
