"Constantly raising rent forcing section 8 voucher users to fork out more money they don't have and basically forcing them out because they don't want then there. Don't rent from here. $1300 for a 2 bedroom apartment filled with mold. Piss poor excuse for property management."

"Nice place for price... But maintenance does not keep up with much! I have had my ceiling tile fall in my bathroom, due to a pipe bust from upstairs neighbors! Back in 2019- 2020! And still hasn't been fixed, and due to the water damage there is black mold infested! We have wash/ scrub our walls every week w bleach bc of the damage! Mind you my garbage disposal is broken, along with the pipes leaking! I have to keep BUCKETS under my kitchen sink at all times! And we happened to not catch the water damage in time so the wood in my cabinet underneath of my sink is RUINED! And YES WE HAVE TOLD THE OFFICE! We've mentioned lt to maintenance about every time they've came for the routine bug spray and inspection! But still yet to be solved! I could also go on to say how both of the AC are messed up! The one in the living room has a leak and has been leaking since late this summer! And the AC in the back room has caught my outlet on fire TWICE! It needs a new cord!! And your neighbors are a whole other story! Wouldn't wanna raise any kids down n around here! BUT I'm not here to complain, just here to make a review and maybe inform a few!"

"I moved in 3 years ago! I kept to myself! I felt so happy, like I had all I needed, couldn't be happier! Dont remember the office worker at that time, but I really liked her, she always seemed to do whatever she could to help you! Well corp. came in and fired her along with others I guess! Things changed after that! (Not good) Yes like said on another view, they will do for who they want! All the time I lived there, not 1 complaint at all! Till 1 person says something, which was lies (admitted that) and told if my boyfriend or my own daughter was seen there again, I'd be out! A maintenance guy and manager gave me no chance (I'm sure I know why though now) just heard what the miserable lady said, and that's all! I've been told letters were put on my door all the time, never seemed to see or notice them at all! So of course my family gets them and just throws them away! I know they were never there, well I could loose my place over that? I hope not, because it seems like cleaning up what they don't care about is happening (remember never 1 complaint to or about me) I was told my apartment was decorated very nice and was always clean, didn't even know neighbors because I stayed to myself and never caused 1 problem! Sorry so long, but a review is what they want, so I figured why not! Well to myself it's a miserable place, can't even have my boyfriend there, (the lady, in apart B, first floor, back right) oh well, why not! Is just a miserable person, just causes problems because she knows she can, so I don't stay there much anymore, but it is my apartment, if I had my way, I'd be right back there, but my boyfriend never did anything and now will not even visit because of her! I lose my place, just saying, I will get over it (maybe), but I love having it to call mine and mine only! I will have CORPORATE come there and they will clean house! They say just over not signing my yearly lease, that unless I pay $700+, I am evicted, paid no rent though, had no income! I was around apparently the last day I had to sign, but they all forgot to say a word, changed my lock, the 1 guy, never seen before, came and opened it for me, and I figured if that is why, he could of had the lease on him! The situation, my opinion, was made the way it happened, so they want to not be far, then I just have to show how unfair RIDGEWOOD is! Also, I'm sorry but the maintenance men/man has been in my apartment i can't say how many times, and 1 problem that I have had ( the hot water pressure) has not been fixed! Already went through 3 walls leading to the faucet, but no better, but the whole on the tub wall is very big and beautiful! RIGHT, joke!!! I'm thinking maybe they shouldn't put caulking around the faucet without the metal ring so they have to tear the wall off just to get in it but they haven't gone that far yet just the walls around it! I hate that I have put all this on here because I really did love that place and everybody that work there but I seen the other side I guess that's not even the other people in the apartment except the one of course underneath money but it's the manager because she should have never did this without hearing my side but gave me no chance like I said I still gave it three stars though but the reason why I don't have five it's because of that situation"

"The worst experience. I have had cars messed with, property manager picks and chooses what she wants to do, due to who she like and who she doesn't. Nothing but drama. Worst place to raise children. They discriminate badly. The list goes on and on but maintenance and security are amazing!"

"Ii have lived here since summer of 2008. And i hated it for a long time. I'm on my 3rd property manager now. The first two where the absolute worst i have ever dealt with. But as over the last oh i say year and a half the new property manager has made living here so much more nicer. I can actually raise my stars from one to 3. almost a 4 but not just there yet. close but no."
