"Visited a friend here and the management should be ashamed of how these places are kept. I would never consider living here."

"Manager has horrible customer service !!! Never experience something like this very unprofessional I was calling inquiring about house rental . She was beyond rude not wanting to answer any questions just told us they were all rented out n just hung up . I’m not from around here so I don’t know to much about this area Even if there wasn’t any availabilities she should have still been opened to answering questions about the property just for future reference for possible residence but I will take my interest somewhere else ."

"Management has poor customer service. They will wrongfully evict you and tell you to “go quietly.” I could win the court case but I would rather keep negative people out."

"Horrible place.manager at the time conducted spot inspections when it was only supposed to be smoke alarm inspection.i moved out they tried to say I owed money( which I didn't) took pictures of a toilet black inside( not mine) dirty carpet(not mine) could have been anyone's apt. Or townhome.knock offblinds in Windows from govt. Housing.just totally ridiculous.wrote company a letter informing them of the goings on.didnt believe me(God forbid(.sent me a form letter.because they didn't want to know.fired the manager right after I moved out.mmmmmm..... I wouldn't recommend this place."

"It's pretty crappy that someone who DOESN'T even live there gave a one star rating. My mom lived there, nice place. Never had problems."
