"The teachers seem to truly care about the students. My daughter has learned so much in a short amount of time and has enjoyed everyone who has taught her. I look forward to many more years with DSD."

"My daughter has just completed her 3rd year with DSD and about to sign up for her 4th year & we have had the best experience in these last 3 years with DSD! All of the staff & teachers are excellent and put 100% into teaching their students each year to prepare them for the end of the year recital! I have been amazed at how well she has done with each class & she has grown so much with becoming a dancer! I definitely give them 5 stars bc even with the COVID19 pandemic, they worked tirelessly to find the best way to continue to keep the dancers working and practicing on their recital dances that they had been working on all year & was still able to work around the clock to make it possible for these girls and guys to be able to complete their year by being able to safely perform and record each of their dances for a virtual recital so that the parents & other family members will still be able to see the hard work they all put into their year of dance! They made me feel good about dropping my daughter off at the studio bc of the rules they put into place that followed all guidelines set for the COVID19 & made the facility a safe place for these kids to be able to finish their year during this pandemic!"

"My daughter has been with ESD for 2 years. In those 2 years she has fallen behind in training, been left at a competition alone by her chaperone and many other things I wasn't pleased with happened. Not once did I ever complain or bash ESD or any staff. I did nothing but praise ESD. Yesterday I made a post on social media which clearly stated I didn't blame our "wonderful instructors" and thanks to covid-19 rules we were having to have recital outside and the kids had to stay in the parking lot and change. I did not even intend it as a mean spirited post and definitely wasn't bashing ESD. Tracy Solomon bulldozed her way to my car in a crowded parking lot full of other parents to loudly berate me over my post, accusing me of bashing her studio. I tried to explain to her her clearly what the post said but she got louder and more accusing. It was an utterly disgusting display of unprofessionalism. I've heard many rumors about Tracy but she showed her true colors through and through yesterday. She never once politely asked to speak to me in private or anything, just tried to humiliate and scold me in front of other moms. It was unacceptable behavior! I will not continue to pay a woman (who btw doesn't even demonstrate ballet techniques to her students in class) who behaves like she does and treats her clients the way she does. Unacceptable! Disappointed! Disgusted! :("

"I had the opportunity to teach a few classes here. The staff, students and the parents are all amazing and I think this is a great place to bring students for both talent and life skill development. Ashlie Wells and Tracy Solomon are incredible people. Keep up the good work, Dothan School of Dance."
