"Ordered food as usual, they were reasonably busy. Order 2 sonic cheese burgers, 1 large tots, and 2 medium vanilla shakes. Cheese burgers appeared leftover and were cold, tater tots were cold also. Took 10 to 15 minutes after order board read headed out to us. Never received this poor quality of food at this location before we will give them another opportunity in the future however if we receive food like this again I'll never go back!"

"Tried to give us food we did not order, this in all took 30 minutes our waiter walked away mid conversation when we asked what happened. We did not even get the chance to order but when we moved to a new stall and were able to the women taking our order was very rude and had an attitude with us for no apparent reason. This only happened with us people ordering around us got their food quickly."

"I was a regular here until recently however, I have recently had the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant here. I am a mobile app orderer, like usual, I ordered through the app, it was a busy evening, three meals took roughly 20 minutes to make. By the time we received the food my family was ready to leave so we took it home. Not checking the bag, we found a sandwich missing and we had overcooked old tots. I was annoyed and ready to move past it but when my girlfriend found mold on the bottom bun of our toddler’s burger I was done, after checking all the food and recording it, I tossed it all and called Sonic’s Emergency line. They assured me things would be taken care of and if I was to return they’d make things right. Well I returned, got on the speaker, talked to someone, the General Manager was not there so whoever was said they’d come out to talk, I sat outside my car for 30 minutes waiting on the bench in front of their door, nothing. Completely forgotten and ignored. My patience drew thin, I did not want to cause a scene so I left, and I will never be returning to this location again. This has destroyed my image of Sonic."

"I was surprised to find fast service at this location. Not only was the speed of service good, the associates were very friendly... With smiles on their faces. It's possible that Sonic may have made improvements in different locations as well. I certainly hope so!"
