"Always a quality experience. Mr. Culbreth has been teaching for decades now. Adults and kids alike are welcome. You will learn solid self defense techniques, as well as learning how to hone and focus your mind. The programs for kids are also incredible. He will be kind, but also tough on them. If they come in, put their best foot forward, and try, he will applaud and reward, but if they can't be motivated to do anything, he will put fires under them to mould them into a better version of themselves."
