"Doctor Sandra Reed should be fired for falure to care for me her patient. She increased my estrogen and I gained 15lbs concerned since I have lost 170 lbs throughout the years from a surgery procedure, I cannot gain! To high of estrogen can make you insulin resistant. Something I already have and I take medications for my diabetes. I know my body, knowing this is the cause of my weight gain, I requested to be put back on the lower dose I started off with. Her staff are slow in answering portal messages. My last portal message was 3 months ago. I got a sarcastic message from her mocking me about the effects I was having. She wanted me to make an appt with her to lower my dose I previously was on. All my doctors adjust my meds without having me to make an appt. It's 5 months later. I have complained about her care to the office manager and she was to get back with me about seeing another doctor. That was 3 months ago. Since then, I have called 2 or 3 more times to customer Relations. Left messages and nothing came of that. Save yourself from being neglected by this Emory doctor like I was. You would be wise to pick another doctor for your menopause issues. She is the absolute worst doctor I have EVER had.
