"Very very long wait HOURS with appointment. Have to pay for parking and first and second time requests are usually being ignored. Unprofessional staff (except for technicians, they were great). Dr. is good, but seems overworked and talks about how busy it is, which really shouldn’t be a patients problem. Overall, not comfortable here."

He’s got years of experience, his bedside manner is top notch, he listens so well— I have never felt that my questions or concerns have fallen on deaf ears or that he’s not listening. During every appointment, Dr. Graham comes into the room and will sit down and answer every question. You will never feel rushed. He’s so thorough and kind. He makes it feel personal while being the consummate professional. Dr. Graham wasn’t on call when I went into labor, but he made sure the doc who was on call would take care great care of me and would have great bedside manner. I love Dr. Graham and the staff at the Midtown Office (Kristen and Kim are AMAZING). The other offices are good too, but that Midtown Office staff is extra special."
