"I have been trying to get a Pap smear for 8 months. Today was the 4th appointment they’ve called me THE MORNING OF and said Dr Trench isn’t in the office and they need to reschedule!!! 8 MONTHS!!! 4 rescheduled appointments!!! You would think they’d let me be seen by the other doctors in the practice… nope… they just keep rescheduling me for months out!!! God forbid if I have a lump in my breast or something going on in my cervix… they’d never know and I would never know. This is so unprofessional and I’m sick of trying! Dr Trench delivered my last child 12 years ago so I wanted to stay with them. But don’t waste your time. They don’t value the patients health… only the Doctors time."

"Beware! You will be charged although insurance covers 100% women wellness annual checkup and when asked why it’s a charge will be told it was more discussed with doctor. Umm what? All she did was asked me questions from a checklist off her computer. Also they will attempt to charge you to go over test results over the phone, which I declined. Plus It took over a month to get my results. I will not be back for annual next year."

"Our overall experience with Dr. Trench-Simmons was a great one. She was helpful and offered options for my daughter’s surgery. She healed fantastically and feels so much better. I’d recommend this office and Dr to others."

"The only thing I think Jackie could have better communication with me regarding cost of procedure today. I felt her messages were vague. She should have said the price of procedure via massage instead of me getting there and saying my insurance didn’t cover it. I was thinking I was getting another pap done… I called her back asking the cost and didn’t get a call back. Dr. Trench was great and very informative and kind. The staff was very nice and kind."

"This is my second pregnancy where I chose to come to this facility. My initial appointment was with Dr. Lorenzo Simmons. Sadly on my first visit this time I waited an hour to just go to a room. Once in the room I waited an hour more just to be seen. I am hoping going forward that the office will communicate better with me when the doctor has an emergency and has to leave. No patient should have to wait 2 hours before being seen. During that time I could've been doing bloodwork or something but that didn't happen until after the 2 hour wait and finally seeing Doctor Trench Simmons. Then I finally got to complete my bloodwork. Id really prefer the staff at least communicate with me that the doctor had to leave but that didn't happen until after about an hour and 45 min of waiting. I could actually hear Dr. Lorenzo Simmons going into the room next to me to see at least 2-3 patients while I waited before he even left. I waited so long at the office that I used the restroom twice. So I am not imagining how long the wait was."
