"This all state agent lady is a horrible criminal and should be arrested immediately. She will do anything to hide her tracks and tricks to lure you into her strap. She is a big liar. She collect your money and put in to also 30% deductible which will make you never to get any help from the insurance company. She is worst heartless woman on earth. She will avoid your calls and messages immediately she got you into strategic plans. Please never use Allstate insurance company for anything at all and Continue to report this criminal lady Ranjani Collins until she get caught up. I will continue to post this everywhere possible."

"I've had auto and home policies for the past 5-6 years with Allstate. This particular agent doesn't return calls or respond to inquiries about billing unless it's to ask for additional fees. The one time I needed them for a home issue they did everything they could to avoid responsibility and deny the claim. Poor service, high pricing, and a bad corporate culture backing them up. Look elsewhere for insurance. I have nothing good to say about Rajani's office or Allstate corporate in general."

"Please read all the reviews. They will overcharge you for car insurance and when you call to cancel they won't. I have emailed multiple times and called on multiple occasions and still they never cancelled. When I finally called to tell that they sent me to collections due to them still charging me . I was given attitude and basically told I was lying when I had the proof pulled up in front of me that I had sent them emails to cancel months prior. Please , PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY !!"

"Please STAY AWAY from this office. Ranjani Collins is extremely rude, unprofessional and deceitful. I was trying to cancel my three policies because of her horrible customer service and disrespectful attitude but she dragged the process unnecessarily to the point to make it unbearable. Please believe the other reviews that says she manipulate the system refusing to cancel policies when the customer request it. It takes multiple emails and phone calls, because she can’t address the situation properly. Please believe all the bad reviews she has in the past, ALL OF THOSE BAD REVIEWS AGAINST HER ARE TRUE , I just experienced it. I wish I can give zero stars or negative."
