"What I was told was completely different from what happened when I arrived. Here are some snippets from the e-mail they sent me: ...Here is a quick reminder about your first interview with us on ...You will be interviewing with Samantha, our state director. Please remember to bring a copy of your updated resume, two references, and dress in professional attire....Here is the address of the location you interview will be conducted at 3620 Dekalb Technology Pkwy Ste 160 Atlanta, GA 30340...Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete the application process....The e-mail I got the day before said to prepare to be there for 2 hours (flag). I arrived 10 minutes early, completed the app which I noticed asked an illegal question (flag). Next, I was escorted into a room full of people and a guy who was telling aweful jokes. Corney wasn't the word. (flag)...Where was Samantha, the person I was told I'd have the interview with? It seemed like this guy was going to show a video presentation. I'm not sure. To their credit, I didn't bother to stay to find out and as I was pulling out, someone else was right behind me (I asked the person if they were in the same meeting. (They thought it was a scam). Any who what I was told was going to happen, did not happen. So, use your discretion if you're going to interview with American Income Life. Maybe if I stayed after the 2 hour presentation I would have gotten my interview with Samantha, but internet research suggest otherwise. Do your homework! lesson learned! I'm curious to hear from someone who actually sat through it."
