"I was glad that my doctor's office was so close until they built the new facility. The handicapped parking area has only 3 or 4 parking spots for the handicapped patrons to this facility. The first year opened it was hard to get a spot but now impossible. I went last week for an echo cardiagram and no handicap spots and had to walk about 3 rows back and if my AFIB would have been triggered I would not have been able to have my test. Now I will have to drive to Braselton to get tests and see Dr. Kommuri."

"BEWARE! They will give you inaccurate information, then you'll only find out the truth when the bill arrives. I found out that I needed an echo to diagnose if I have a potentially deadly condition (aortic aneurysm due to a genetic disorder). My insurance ONLY covers this scan if the echo is done in-office, not at an imaging center. The staff assured me over the phone that they had one in office so I booked the appointment, then found out AFTER I had paid the $50 co-pay that they did not have a machine as stated. Then during the office visit, they did an EKG. This is completely irrelevant to diagnosis of aortic aneurysm so I asked if the procedure was part of the office visit or extra. They said it was part of the standard visit. Well lo and behold, I just got a bill for another $42! Lied to AGAIN! I called the billing office and they told me that I'd have to pay or else be reported to the credit agencies. Well, I guess that's one way to drum up business. I just hope I can save other people from their dishonesty!"
