"Unprofessional, inconsiderate, disappointing…must I go on? I scheduled a 7pm tour. I received a confirmation at the time that it was scheduled and on the day of the tour. On the day of the tour, it was raining, and I live 30 minutes away, so I left my house in enough time to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the tour was scheduled to start. I ended up arriving at 630pm. I noticed that the school was closed so I called their contact number. The lady stated that she would be there at 7pm. I ended up waiting until 720pm. I called the number again, but no answer, so I left a voicemail. On my way home, I received many calls and text messages from the lady. I neither accepted nor responded to any of them. I planned ahead considering the distance that I live from the school and the fact that it was raining. Why didn’t she do the same? This experience was definitely a sign that the school has opportunities for growth in many areas. I will pass on it because my time will be respected."

"Great place me and my girlfriend went there to get a haircut and and a washing. The place was clean the staff was nice. The student who worked on us was very professional and well taught with the teacher was there along the way to aid her at anytime. They were very informative and I learned a lot about my hair. I cannot wait to go back and get color."

"Very bad place, please do not go here. I went there for a gel manicure. They changed my appointment couple of times and finally when I went there, they made me wait for more than 30 Mins. The nail technicians did not know what they are doing. She nicked my fingers so many times. They do not have proper tools and not enough selection of nail colors and the ones that they had were clumpy. They took more than 2 hours just for gel manicure. I DO NOT recommend this place."

"The student who performed my pedicure was extremely unprofessional & incompetence in the service & communication. I had to take away the color that I wanted, because two color is extra. That was not presented on the website or in the store but decided by her. As she removes my old polish, she commented on my appearance. She gave me painful cuticles trim, uneven cut, & blotchy polish. Never again!"

"This place is 100% awesome.  1st.... the customer service was outstanding. My cousin and I attended a tour here-we are pleased and thoroughly impressed. Millennium Beauty Institute is very comfortable, clean, spacious AND modernized ! They provide services that are competitive, skilled, professionally trained, and  knowledgeable learning curriculum. I'm confident that the positiive training will prepare students to accomplish professionalism in their perspective fields with an expertise foundation. Needless to say, we both signed up and looking forward to this next chapter!"
