"Well, honestly, I don't think I could be any happier with the way both my daughter and I are treated (and pampered) here. It's simply amazing how everyone, all the time, somehow manages to make sure not only that my 2 year old feels comfortable and safe, but they also make me, as a parent, feel completely confident that leaving my baby here every day while I go work is definitely the best option. From the very first contact, with Kasandra and Kathie (yes, I do call them by their first names, because that's how close we have become after how cute and approachable they are!), to my day to day interactions with Dinora, (also cute and sweet as ever!) I can say that there's no other place and, certainly, no other people I would trust or want to take care of my child while I am not able to do it myself. So, girls, from the bottom of my heart: THANK YOU! Thank you for being the AWESOME humans you are and thank you for the fantastic work that you do! THANK YOU! :)"

"For months, my husband & I searched for a day care home for our daughter. When Friendship Learning Center said they had an opening we were so ecstatic! The teachers here are great! It’s more so the owner that, I would give this place two stars for. My husband and I always make prompt payments since my daughter had started. This past two weeks we had fell behind because of (me being self employed and had all of my income on hold with PayPal) we notified a manager at the day care that stated that this was fine. But in reality it wasn’t. The owner made us feel very uncomfortable for being a week behind. Granted, a business has to operate. But my whole thing is show a little grace to those who need it. Life is hard, I run a business myself and always try and help clients when there is a rough patch. I went to pick my child up, and the lady in the front tells me until balance is paid my daughter can no longer come. Mind you we were behind just a week and I planned to pay Friday. It was Wednesday. And I mean it was so embarrassing firstly how loud she was, but secondly no ifs and or buts, no care of why the payment was late or anything. I even offered to pay the behind week and she said no it must be in full for the current week which wasn’t even late yet. The fact that they didn’t ask or offer any alternatives to help or be solution based but basically kick my child to the curb while we need childcare to sustain our working lives. They put us in a bind and could not careless. Just no remorse or care shows who the owner really is. Kassandra the owner wouldn’t even come and speak to me. Very cowardly if you ask me. I planned on paying today. But for the simple fact they treated us so poorly for a week behind payment. My daughter will not be returning. I would like my child to attend a school where she isn’t just a dollar sign. Where people are solution based and show grace in times like these where the life around us is constantly changing, inflation, and everyday is a battle for most of us. My advice to you Kassandra, business owner to business owner is you don’t know what people are going through. Showing compassion to those who spend their hard earned money at your establishment would cost you nothing. God has blessed me tremendously by showing grace to those who need it. So again, absolute great teachers. But don’t let life get rough for you and you fall just a little behind. Kassandra couldn’t care less."

"My son has been attending Friendship Learning center for about a year now. I’m so grateful for all of the staff here. Everyone shows him so much love and makes him feel welcomed. I can just tell that he loves being there everyday. All the activities that his teachers have his class doing are very beneficial and I see him learning new things everyday. I was so scared to put him in daycare, but I’m so happy that I made this decision to bring him here. 1000 stars!!!"
