"My kids enjoyed their birthday party. We rented a room with a party package for 20 kids. I had to order a few extra pizzas and dishes. The staff were nice. The place is huge and it can be hard to keep up with multiple kids at once. I like that they have a good little toddler area."

"The check in process can be a bit chaotic. The employees are a bit "young" I would come here early or on a weekday when it's not too busy.bmy kid had a good experience overall but it's too easy for the kids to escape and run into the mall. They can get lost in the maze and then just decide to skip past you and run off. But overall great experience."
