"After the upgrade this place is better than before.The place is perfect for all ages especially for teens.My kids love the place.They have neon night and kids love it.The food is good with the price range.we ordered big cheese pizza and it’s so worth it.the also serves . "We've been several times now this month, and the place is always clean. The staff is friendly, it's mostly empty on week nights, and we get through the line quickly. My only complaint is that when we signed up for the membership, they didn't tell us about the 3 month commitment until after we paid....."

"We had our son’s birthday party here today. To say we are dissatisfied is an understatement, ZERO parking upon arrival. Our party host (I don’t remember her name as we saw her only a handful of times) was never rude or unprofessional. She was kind. However, we carried all the stuff upstairs, we set up the room, we served the drinks, we served the pizza, we served the cake. I only booked his party here to not have to do any of those things. Thankfully had help from other moms. The pizza tasted like cardboard. My son never received his birthday shirt. It was like pulling teeth to find someone to get the poor guests socks and wristbands to jump. We also had to stand around waiting with everyone’s things since the party room was not ready on time. If you are that short staffed or are training that many new people take 1/3 of the parties. My son had fun with his friends jumping, I’ve never had a more stressful afternoon in my life. Hopefully the company reaches out to rectify the situation and offer at least a partial refund after having to work and staff my own child’s party."

"So I went with my son for a birthday party. The place was packed on a Sunday at 3 pm. It was rainy so it could be the reason also for the crowd. There was like 4 or 5 parties going on at the same time. It's definitely overwhelming to be there because of such craziness. You have to buy socks to follow your child on the top deck where all the trampolines were, or the staff asked you to go down to the food area. Which isn't cool to me, the kids don't seem to follow the rule that the owners place there due to not enough staff to control the crowd. The trampolines seemed to be in good shape and the kids did enjoy the equipment even though 2 huge slide things were not open yet. They do have a 6 and under section which is small but nice for younger kids to be away from older kids. I wish they had a limit on the crowd, but the kids did seem to enjoy the place. I would recommend a slower time of day and as an adult who isn't jumping to bring some jump socks so you can follow your kid around if need be."

"Came for my nephew's birthday party. First time visiting, and overall, the kids and I had a great time! There is plenty of space and different kinds of trampolines to play on. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the party room was very hot and muggy. It was very uncomfortable to be in. The employees were all kind patient. I would definitely recommend"
