"I don't if Starbucks needs a review from me. the coffee is great and cstomer service is really good at this location. I like that the company went away from asking to leave a tip. I think it rude! I remember about 12 years ago this small drive thru coffee place started asking to leave a tip, I never went back. I never thought that 12 years late would be a standard practice. I like Starbucks sandwiches and pastries. The prices are about right."

"This Starbucks is a sorry Starbucks. It's every Sunday when I order on the app for mobile. My stuff is never ready every time I go in. The staff is talking to each other instead of doing What they're supposed to do feel orders. I ordered today at 930 and it wasn't even done. Dan, talking to other people in there. They ask what was going on. And then your employees trying to get smart with us. I canceled my order, but I'm the taxes of manager. No, and she didn't do nothing about it either. So I wouldn't never be going back to Starbucks again. I rather go to Dunkin' Donuts."

"I waited 20 minutes for my order. So I had to go ask about it and then they started making it. The workers were talking and laughing and not being very productive. Once I finally got my drinks, I reached to get a sleeve for my drink. I had to reach for it because the ones on the counter were soaking wet. The young lady behind the counter told me that i am not supposed to reach back to get a sleeve with a rude voice and manner. I told her, okay. I turned around to leave and the 3 workers behind the counter started talking negatively about me. I heard this and told them that I was sorry and they all looked at me with dirty looks. I have never had such a disrespectful experience and terrible service at a Starbucks. The management really needs to reevaluate the quality of and efficiency of their workers. I do not plan to go to this location any more. Also why do Starbucks in Columbus not have string cheese?"

"Of the several Starbucks in town, this is always the worst tasting and slowest in my experience. Today I think was the end for me though. I found a rag in my drink when I went to go split it into two cups. Disgusting and when I reached out to customer service they really weren't helpful. I didn't want a free drink, but a refund to card would have been appropriate."

"First visit was crazy! Visited after Mother's Day 2023. Waited almost 25 minutes inside with no one in line at the counter upon my arrival. Just wanted a breakfast sandwich and croissant. Though, this visit was a weekend visit after 9am. Tried again on a Wednesday morning around 6:30am, after Memorial Day 2023. Much better service inside at the counter. Wanted 2 orders but wanted to pay altogether. Was informed that I needed to pay for 2 orders separately. Not sure why, since they were both orders for me. Just wanted them bagged separately. So moving forward, I'd return during the same hours because it wasn't busy inside, but the drive through window was bumper to bumper. However, I'd just have everything ordered and bagged into one order, and I'll separate the items later. Received my order within 10 minutes. Park away from the restaurant so you can avoid being blocked in at the entrance doors."
