"Just because a 0 isn't possible. Truly the most unprofessional office I have ever had to deal with. Having a child going through these issues is hard enough. Not having a dr or staff looking out for your child's best interest is NOT what any parent OR CHILD needs during these times. We asked for an MRI during our consultation even if just to schedule then cancel if it ended up not being necessary after bloodwork. We were told no. 2 weeks later we get bloodwork results and we need an MRI. Have to wait a month to get the MRI and was told we should have results in 48-72 hours. It has been 8 DAYS. I have called 3 times and can't get anyone to call us with the results so I am going to have to go to the office to request the results IN PERSON. However, they did call in medication without even discussing it with us. I had to call the pharmacy to find out what it was and what the dosage was. AND they called to schedule our NEXT appointment....but couldn't get anyone with answers to pick up and advise us of our current situation. JUST DON'T DO IT!! Make the trip to Atlanta. It will be worth it!!"
