"Leon was the front desk Secretary and he was very helpful. He effectively communicated with me, explained the check in process, completed registration and provided an easy check out. He even asked me if I needed a work/school note before I had to ask which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for your hard work Leon. The ENT clinic nurse practitioner was also very friendly and kindhearted. She was extremely patient with my special needs child and she took the time to explain everything in detail I needed to know. She also had no problems answering any questions I had, repeating herself or rephrasing so I had a better understanding. Thank you to the triage nurses as well. The entire clinic was a pleasant experience."
