"I think Tracey is a wonderful acupuncturist. I’ve been seeing her this past year and think she is an asset to their staff. Front office staff are friendly and welcoming."

"I received a bill from UGA today from an appt on 1.29.21 for a co-pay. I have no issue to pay when I owe, but over 2.5 years ago?!? This is inexcusable! When I spoke with someone there they said they were short staffed and catching up now and even going back 4 years. I also had another billing issue with them, so beware that they are careless when it comes to this. Be sure to get everything in writing and check your insurance company so you don't run into any issues."

"I went in to inquire about symptoms and had a total of 20 minutes with the Dr Libby of which 7 of those he had to step out for a call. The entire consult was rushed and I left feeling skeptical of his diagnosis and prescription being the solution to my issue. For my 13 minutes of rushed consult I was billed $465 (down from $660 after insurance negotiated rates). I know have to go find a new Dr and start over again, having wasted $465. On top of that there billing comes from UGAbilling, which although they may think it is catchy looks too much like spam, when I finally called to inquire about my bill, it took me proactively calling 3 times to finally get someone to call me back. I would not suggest this medical group."
