"I went into stamps, not expecting much. However, the nurses and doctor (Doctor Richardson was AMAZING) were all incredible, kind, friendly, and helpful. I went in with extreme tonsillitis to the point where I hadn’t been able to drink anything for two days. They diagnosed me after testing for a few other things, gave me the necessary shots and prescriptions, and wished me the best with a follow-up appointment set for a few days later. Within five or so hours, I was able to take down liquids again for the first time in days (which, let me tell you, water has never tasted so good), and I was able to do an exam and eat within 8 hours. There was a slight wait, but honestly, it was much shorter than a standard doctor's office would have been (expect for it to take a few hours.) Overall, it was an extremely positive experience, and next time, I won’t wait until I’m on my last leg to go. :)"

"Providing no-copay healthcare to students is a huge benefit so I have to give my kudos to the Institute for this. But the coverage is pretty bad. I once told a doctor I was having a few issues, his response: “choose one.”"

"Quick shoutout to the incredible Dr. Linda Dao from the Gold Care Team! She's not just a doctor – she's like a guardian angel, especially for us students. Treating us with the kindness only a mother could give, Dr. Dao is attentive, explains medical stuff clearly, and genuinely cares."

"If I could give zero stars I will. The staff aside from the main medical staff are practically illiterate. I scheduled testing 2 weeks in advance, I was feeling ill and waited, I signed all the necessary forms I saw on the website. I was called on the day of my appointment that it is being canceled because there is an extra form I need to sign that wasn’t on the website but magically I should have known of even though I signed all the forms on the website. She said I will have to wait till next month for a new appointment. That’s if I make it to next month. They are not the brightest. I scheduled the appointment two weeks+ in advance and on any of those day why wasn’t I called to sign the form. I left the house very early, sick and in the rain only to be called by a rude person chewing gum that I would have to wait a month to get an appointment. For all the amount of money this school gets at least hire people with common sense. I wish google had zero stars. For a place that handles sick people they don’t really have much initiative"

"Reception desk all over the center are bad. They are disrepectful, don't address students with their concerns. They just want us out of the building. The cancellation policy should be 15 min max not 5. I had to go today again. Been twice this week and nobody was able to give me a solution or even talk to me. We have to pay for this madatorily whether we use it or not. The quality should be better. I only go see a doctor when I feel really sick. People working on those windows need training and knowledge about Hipaa and they feel entitled to be asking about students record info, when that is against the law."
