"Doing this anonymously, but today I went in for an abortion. The doctor was amazing. He did the procedure in literally a minute. Miss D and the bedside nurse made me feel super comfortable the whole time. We’re so sweet to me and made sure that I was taking care of and definitely calm my nerves. This place really is amazing. I was very nervous going in today, but they made the procedure easy and manageable. Great shout out to the staff here."
"I went to have an IUD placed, and I had an amazing experience! The nurse that checked me in and the NP that put the IUD in were both wonderful and made me feel totally at ease. It was waaaaaayyy less painful than the first time I had one in at an OBGYN office and the whole procedure took about 2 minutes. I was really nervous coming here because it's not my usual doctors office, but I didn't want to wait the month to have it ordered at my gynecologist. If you're nervous, don't be!"
"If I could 0 stars I would. I understand they are offering services for women that we couldn’t otherwise get from anywhere else, but I do not understand why the appointments are unnecessarily long. You just wait in different waiting rooms for majority of the time you are there. We drove 6 hours for a 4 hour appointment. This was an overall horrible experience. If at all possible choose another facility."
"Giving 3 stars because I had made an appointment and still had to wait over an hour to be seen/appointment took 2 1/2 hours total, BUT the staff made this visit worth the good review. Takoya is an amazing addition to your staff and Kristin was extremely kind as well! I have been to numerous female health clinics in Tallahassee and this was by far my best experience in regards to staff friendliness."
"Kristin and Abbey are the BEST! They made me feel heard and safe throughout my time in their care. Their patience and empathy meant the world. The PP scheduling system is flawed though, as upon arrival I was told my appointment didn't exist (despite receiving several confirmation texts), but the staff was kind and went above and beyond to help me still get seen that day."
