About the Business
FSU PrimaryHealth is a primary-care health center located at 2911 Roberts Avenue in Tallahassee, Florida. As part of the Florida State University College of Medicine, our mission is to meet the health needs of the community in Leon and surrounding counties. We offer comprehensive care for physical, mental, and behavioral health concerns, serving as advocates in the complex healthcare system.
Our services include promoting healthy habits, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education, and diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. Access to a primary-care physician is crucial for optimal health outcomes, and we strive to be your "health-care home" by utilizing available community and medical resources.
The College of Medicine is dedicated to serving elder, rural, minority, and underserved populations, and our providers are trained to care for individuals and families through diagnosis, treatment, evaluation, and management of diseases. We also offer medication management, counseling on health behaviors, and self-care skills.
FSU College of Medicine is recognized for preparing physicians to address the priority health needs of the nation and providing field experience in community health. We are committed to actively engaging with the community and are looking for members to serve on our Community Advisory Board to help us better serve the community. "I have been going to this facility since 2020 I believe. My sons doctor is doctor Kseri! He is such a wonderful doctor! He treats my kids as if they were his! Love love love him and would recommend him to any mother or father with kids. Everyone in office has always been helpful even when doctor Kseri is out of office!
