"Literally the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I have never been treated as horribly as I was today by one of the nurse practitioners. I wasn’t aware that my insurance didn’t cover my visit but was willing to pay out of pocket and this woman looked me dead in the face and said “atleast I know what my insurance covers and doesn’t” and I asked her why she was being rude and she looked at me again and repeated herself and laughed at me as I was crying in pain. When I got into the room with her the first thing she did was complain about how behind and busy she was and how bad her day was so she clearly took it out on me, her patient. I walked out after waiting 2 hours for my appointment when I am super ill with the flu. I highly recommend you save your time and emotions by going ANYWHERE but this minute clinic. Patients first took great care of me and treated me with respect and patience."

"Went in to get a TB test done. It was placed in my arm and the appointment was booked at that time for 48 hours later to read the test. I show up for the appointment and they closed the clinic for the day and did not notify me of my appointment cancellation. By the time they have a following appointment, my TB test will be expired. Waste of time and money."

"I want to highly recommend a raise for Olivia for being so professional, caring, patient and kind. She went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. "If i could give it 0 stars i would. Stay away from this minute clinic. I have been going to different minute clinics for years and this is the worst experience I've ever had. The practitioner took my copay and processed to tell me that I hadn’t been sick (which by looking at my you can tell i feel immensely horrible) for long enough and that the only thing she could give me was her recommendation. Waste of time and definitely a waste of money."

"If I can give this clinic a zero stars I would. The person seeing the patients is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. The service being provided is not fast at all. We have been wairing her 2hours and it was only myself and one other person. This is NOT a minute clinic. FIRST AND LAST time I would ever be going here."
