"My 74 year old mother was turned away from her scheduled appointment where she needed meds refilled because they thought she had “covid symptoms” told her to go to an express care or ER. Took her to an express care where they were IN DISBELIEF that a primary care doctor would turn away a patient for being ill and try to send them to an Er to which they would encounter a higher copay and a higher doctor bill. They diagnosed her with a severe sinus infection and gave her antibiotics like she originally needed. Now we have to find another primary doctor for her to get the prescriptions she needs because they can’t refill without her wellness check."

"Was told the day prior that my appointment was at 8:30am. Arrive only to be told my appointment was scheduled for 8am and could sit and wait and maybe could be seen. I assured the lady at the desk that's the time I was supposed to be there. I'm not sitting to "maybe" be seen, when I arrived when I originally was to be seen. Will not be back."

"I started to lose hope that real “health CARE” existed. Most of the big practices feel like cattle herding. I can’t tell you the number of times in the past few years I have had tests not ordered, forgotten lab orders, no rx refills. Thank you!!!! Sandy and Dr Simmons always go the extra mile to get info for me or educate. LOVE how it feels like real care."

"The receptionist at this office is rude and inconsiderate. I have been a patient of Dr Buch for many years and he just transferred to this office. I have not missed any appointments with him. I even drive an hour to still go to him. I had an appointment with him last week and had to miss it. I was congested. Instead of bringing this to the office, I decided to cancel and go get a co-vid test to be safe. They have a link on their website that says you can message their office. Because my appointment was at 8 and they weren't answering their phones, I messaged them very early on. I also left them a voicemail. I did not want to drive an hour and be turned away. The next day I get a call back. The receptionist called me and said " I see you messaged us online. We don't get those. Therefore, we put you as a no show. Dr Buch is extremely upset with you. If you ever do this again, he refuses to see you for 3 months. I'll give you one more appointment, but you better show for this one." First of all I am not a toddler. Do not speak to your patients like they are stupid. Second, why have an email link to contact you if you aren't getting them. I work in customer service and I also understand with co-vid and policy how things work. This place has zero customer service and does not care. As much I did like Dr Buch, I will not be treated like a child or a bad patient. You can find a better doctors office, don't waste your time with the rudeness. They clearly don't care."
