"Really frustrating experience with Dr. Toner's coordinator. Extremely stressful billing process after using the lending company they recommended. Coordinator is not responsive (literally: asked for a meeting, asked for a timeline to get issues resolved... and no response or didnt meet the promised deadlines). Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm not continuing at Emory for a potential pregnancy."
"We loved our experience at ERC. Dr. Kawwass is incredible. All of the nurses and staff are friendly and easy to work with. The receptionists even remembered my name after a while and were always very nice. Everyone at Emory is cheering you on during the process. I always felt listened to here. Our first transfer was successful and we are so happy. We will be going back to ERC for future transfers."

"Dr. Kawwass and ERC are truly amazing! We were at a different large fertility clinic in Atlanta, where we did 2 egg retrievals with no success.
