"I like my gyno here but they NEVER answer the phone and the office closes early. I think that's super unprofessional also, the portal is not intuitive. I'd be fine with just one or the other, but not being able to speak with a human or get my medical records from the portal online is a huge disservice"

"Don't bother coming here, after your first appointment, it's impossible to schedule a follow up appointment and the doctor never follows up to review bloodwork. I've tried for two weeks to call (voicemail was full, then when it finally wasn't, I left a message and still never got a call back, and there was no response to my online request for an appointment). What's the point of going for an initial visit if you can't get continued care at this practice?"

"Doctors are nice, sure. But the wait times are ridiculous. There is literally no one in the waiting room, yet I have been here for over an hour for the simplest check up/blood work. Their other location’s waiting room can be packed but they still get things moving. I guess it’s worth the drive to Johns Creek."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Donnelly’s for 24 yrs and he, along with his team, consistently provide exceptional, timely and considerate service at each and every visit. Dr. Donnelly treats the entire patient (not just OB/GYN issues) and he takes the time at every appointment to have a one on one conversation with you in his office to see how you are. Top Notch! He delivered my twins (exceptional multiples team) and I can’t recommend them enough."

"What a fantastic group of doctors. Every single one I saw made me feel at ease and confident that I was getting the best possible medical care throughout my pregnancy. I primarily went to the midtown office where I never experienced a wait to be taken back for my appointment for more than 5-10 minutes. Dr Graham was my main doc, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He explains things in a way someone without any medical training can understand, which took all the anxiety out of making medical decisions as a first time mom for me. He was professional yet hilarious and had me laughing as I was in labor with my son. He involved my husband in the delivery process and gave us both guidance on how to be a team as we embark on our new adventure of becoming first time parents. The nurses at this practice are also fantastic and called me back within 20-30 minutes at the latest every time I had a medical question or concern. When I had to go into the office for something urgent, the scheduling team made sure I could be seen by one of the doctors same day ASAP. 10/10 highly recommend."
