"We clearly were the first customers of the day arriving at 9:15am for a Booster shot. We was greeted by a woman who once we confirmed what we needed had advised us that the "shot wasn't free" (did she assume we weren't insured?) She then said that we had to return in an hour since she had forgotten to take the Pfizer out and it had to thaw. She also confirmed that they dont start vaccinations until 10am, why open at 9am? This information also isn't posted on the website. We were very thorough in our research before arriving. Since we both had taken time off from work this morning and it's a holiday week this was very inconvenient. We wound up going to CVS to receive the shot with no issues."

"New Update at 5:30pm, I was promised my results today and I got them a few minutes ago. I also recieved a call from a male manager, whom I spoke with earlier, he wanted to confirm that I got my results as promised, so I wanted to add to my review. Highly recommend this RAS Medical I arrived at 9am and I was serviced at 9:04am with a car ahead of me. The staff member greeted with a smile and the whole process was a piece of cake. I was done within 5 minutes, I will always come here for my covid test when needed."

"RAS Medical was fast and friendly. They made sure I was able to get my testing done in less than five minutes. They also put my name on the “expedite” list so I could have my results back to go to a doctor visit. I even met the manager. Great customer service. I recommend everyone in the Clayton area who needs fast, friendly, and reliable service to visit this location. Thanks RAS."

"Update: 8/16 I finally received my results so now I can get back to work. I got a couple call backs from a couple people that were really helpful. I was told the test was ran multiple times for accuracy. I just hope this was a one time thing and no one else has to go through this. I will never return to this place again. I had heard about someone receiving a false positive from this location prior to my visit but decided I would go any way. I gave my sample on 8/10 and was told 2-3 business days for my results. I’ve been constantly checking my email and nothing. I returned on Friday (day 3) just to b told I would have my results by the end of the day. NOTHING! I returned on Monday and was told my sample didn’t get processed until Friday (8/13) so I would have my results by end of the day Sunday (8/15), NOTHING! Monday (8/16) I returned and told by the first young lady that they never had a sample for me in their system. I responded with the back story and was told my sample is there but hasn’t been processed and she has to get a manager for the reason why. The manager comes out to tell me he basically doesn’t know why it wasn’t processed but he would do a rush on it and I would have my results in 2 hrs. It’s now 4 hrs later and I still have no results. At this point my sample has been sitting for a week. I wouldn’t trust the results anyway. I will never return to this establishment again. All of their samples are don’t right on the property so this is ridiculous there is no reason I shouldn’t have my results 1 week later!"
