"I utilized counseling services in 2019-2020 with Tracey Adams. I initially reached out because I thought she was nearby in South Holland. Turns out she was in Savanah, GA. Based on believing we valued the same things (via her Facebook posts), I gave it a shot. I did not find the time useful but tried to commit. We met via Zoom. Weekly, there was confusion as to whether we'd meet on that day when it should have been a standing, weekly appointment (taking time off my sessions). In the final sessions before I ended "services", she scheduled something else during our session time, giving me half a session (which I paid full copay) & was actively packing & loading up the car during the last. The lack of respect, consideration, professionalism, decency... That was not therapy. That was abuse of my time, financial resources & mental state. I would not recommend."
