We to next schedule appt they stated the same thing then she booked me 6 months away to come back. I didn’t remember the appt date and been calling for a month no one answers the phone I need my money back for this appt also my primary doctor stated that my pressure wasn’t high when they said it was"

"I had been a patient here for a while(and had received great care), at the location in MLK before they moved and had relentlessly called(because sometimes it was hard to get someone on the phone),trying to make another appt for a cleaning, to no avail.FINALLY someone picked up and told me that they were moving(Dental department),confirmed I was a patient in their system,and told me they would be call back,once they were up and running...Never did.So,I reached out to the one in Douglasville I got a cleaning there ONCE. Unfortunately for me, they're too far away from where I live to keep traveling there, on a regular basis. So I reached out to the one on Ralph David Abernathy, and surprisingly, someone picked up the phone! I told her that I would like to set an appointment for a cleaning and she told me that because I had gone to the one in Douglasville, I was no longer a patient there?How insane is that? Furthermore,I was told that I would be treated as a new patient and that they were NO LONGER accepting new patients,at this time! I mean, what was I supposed to do? Wait for them to call me and not reach out to any other Dental Clinic?I thoroughly enjoyed going to this Clinic (before they moved)because of the customer service,etcetera, but this completely took me by surprise,hence the two stars..."

Well let me tell the truth I received excellent customer service the moment that I walked into the building. I was greeted by the security guard (Nita) who directed to the right place.
