"I had spine surgery August 14,2023 to remove a large cyst on my L3,L4 lumbar. The surgery relieved my back pain and numbness in my left leg and feet. On September 11,2023, I started physical therapy and during my first session, my therapist asked what my goals might be in relation to the back rehabilitation. I told him that gaining my strength and muscle back, to able to lift weights again, pain free, was important. He put together a series of exercises for me to do. I learned some efficient back-friendly body mechanics and then a number of exercises, movements, and stretches. Andrew, is so patient with me and he understands how to make you feel better. It’s been 6 weeks and I feel stronger and gaining all my strength back. Andrew, has made this recovery journey a little easier than I expected.."
