"Nice atmosphere, great staff, and I absolutely enjoyed my doctor's knowledgeable and personable approach. We were even able to laugh. I feel like I'm in good hands, and that my doctor truly cares about my well-being physically and mentally."

"I am grateful for all the doctors and staff. However, since making the change from MS Center of Atlanta I feel like it has gone down hill. Maybe an overload of patients but now I can’t make appointments unless they are over 4 months out. I would encourage sending patients a reminder to schedule important appointments via phone, app, email or whatever is easiest for the Institute due to the fact it’s so booked up now and most/all patients have neurological damage."

"Worse experience we've ever had. Nurse practitioner was a joke. She was unprofessional and made snarky comments. She rushed the entire process. The nurse was flat out rude. No regard to patient sensitivity or care. My sister has MS and the way she was mishandled by staff really pissed me off. The whole place needs sensitivity training when it comes to patient care. If you don't like your job, find somewhere else to work. Dr. Lazarus, please get better staff. If you or a family member have a neurodegenerative disease, don't go here. Do them and yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or energy. Please find another place."
