"Please for the love of God train your front desk staff on HIPPA and privacy. I do not want all of my personal information from my address, pharmacy information and insurance being verified out loud for the entire office to hear. At least give me a sticky note and pen to write down the information. No changes means there’s been no changes."

"I tried this practice solely for the chance of becoming a patient of Dr. Anderson. I was told she was not taking new patients, but I could see another doctor then transfer to her as a patient. So that's what I did. I visited the Johnson Ferry location twice. Both with unpleasant experiences. First, I forgot my exact appointment time. Trying to get a phone number to call to find out my appointment was difficult. My first appointment I arrived 15mins early as asked. Only to sit in the waiting room for over an hour. Then my second visit was on a Friday afternoon. While my wait time this time was on 35mins. I felt rushed by the doctor. Then as I sat to get my blood drawn I heard two nurses complety talking bad about some of the patients. Not only could I hear them talking about the patients, but also heard private conversations because they were talking to patients on speaker phone. One pregnant patient called because she was having shortness of breath while walking up the stairs. After the call the nurse began to complain how the patient is too much and they were tired of her. I heard multiple "private" conversations that I'm sure violated HIPAA laws. Immediately after that, I asked to switch office. I don't want my nurses complaining because they think me calling about my concerns is "too much" for them."

"I had my first pregnancy scan with Dr. Dodder. She was wonderful. My issue is with scheduling. I called multiple times and left multiple messages for my 10 week OB work up and never heard back. Thankfully I was able to get into another office."

"During my first visit here in July, everything went well. However, I've encountered a major issue trying to refill my HRT prescription, which I've been taking for the past 2 years. Initially, it was prescribed by a different doctor but got transferred when I changed insurance plans. I followed the protocol and utilized the patient portal system to explain that my prescription was running out, but my requests via email went unanswered. I then attempted to call, but the calls always went straight to voicemail. I left 5 messages for the nurse explaining my situation, but once again, no one ever called back. After three weeks of frustration and no response, I decided to visit the office in person. Once again, I explained my predicament, and after waiting for over an hour, they told me the doctor had already left but assured me they would handle it the following day. They blamed the new software migration for the issues. But that did not explain why my phone calls were not returned. The next day, I never heard back from the nurse nor did my prescription get filled. I left another message with no returned phone call. I've now been without hormones for three weeks, causing me to suffer from hot flashes, insomnia, and irritability - to name a few. Their lack of concern and care in this situation is extremely disappointing and incompetent. It's disheartening that something as vital as medication can slip through the cracks, and I'm deeply frustrated with what's passing as healthcare in this case."
