"0star. The worst doctors office and service I have ever seen. I went there for my annual helath check up. they did draw blood and said they cant send the results over mail(which all other doctors I have been usually do) and booked an appointment to just give me the results piece of paper and to my surprise they charged me again for a visit for giving me the results paper. Also some results were missing in that, after coming home and seeing that I called them , they said I need to book another appointment to get the rest of the results and I need to pay again as that's another visit. Dr Shikh is horrible, only thing he does is come and say your results are normal, if there is some issue he will say we will do 2-3 times same test again few weeks apart and then he will refer you. so that they can charge you 5-6 times more. HORRIBLE SERVICE."

"This is by far the worst doctor office I have been to ever. I was looking for a new doctor that I could build a relationship with because I just got insurance for the first time in over 10 years, and all he did was tell me to call additional doctors. I could’ve done that at home. They addressed no issues that I was having, and both the doctor and nurse did not seem even remotely interested in anything I was telling them at all. Lastly, the nurse techs here come off as extremely uneducated and unprepared to work in the medical field. Do not go. You have been warned."

"The actual visit with the physician went well. He was attentive and listened well. The staff is professional but getting my medications has been a terrible ordeal. Everytime I try to order my medications it takes hours of calling over and over again because they either don't send the fax or they send it incorrectly. I've had to have the pharmacy call them directly several times. They did not respond to the fax from the pharmacy for my medications so I have run out. I wouldn't recommend this office for anyone who needs ongoing care with medications. Im not exaggerating...i called them several times and they even lied when i saw the incorrect fax that they finally sent. Then i had to go through it all again...on three different occasions this basically repeated itself. Ill be finding a new primary care doctor. Poorly managed office."

"I have been going here over two years now and I must say all of my experiences have been EXCELLENT. I especially want to mentioned the clarity and professionalism of Dr. Booker. I've seen Dr. Booker twice and have been left with the following impression. Dr. Booker makes sure you understand completely every move he makes. He provides you with examples, and makes sure you are comfortable and completely informed. I don't think I've ever dealt with a Doctor more thorough. Thank You Dr. Booker and The Primary Care Center. I will continue to use them. Professional overall staff, and very clean facility."

"At first I was hesitant since they're not associated with Piedmont or Emory, but the convenience and availability to be seen on short notice is great, especially because they're open late and on weekends. First visit with a physician assistant was fine but I requested to see Dr. Shikh for the follow-up results. He listened patiently and put me at ease. Additionally, he uncovered 2 issues that the physician assistant did not. I will definitely go back and likely use Dr. Shikh for my annual physical. Nurses and physician assistants are great for many issues, but don't be afraid to insist on a consultation with the doctor. The first visit I would have rated 3 stars. The 2nd visit earned 4 because the doctor provided good value. The staff are all nice, although no one ever introduces herself."
