"I went today for my annual gynecology visit and had a wonderful experience! Everyone from the receptionist to my provider and the phlebotomist exceeded my expectations! I had not been to the doctor in quite some time and Rosemary took her time and eased my anxiety every step of the process! She answered all of my questions and even taught me some new things about my body I had no idea about. I will be coming back and recommending Juno to my friends!"

"I love my provider, Dr. Patel. She is truly awesome. I believe everything she does is in my best interest. However, the office is quite disorganized. When it comes to collecting copays and evaluating insurance, they have charged me incorrectly several times leading me to have to request refunds. It has also taken over two weeks for the office/medical assistant to submit a prior authorization for my medication. It still hasn’t been done and I have no more medication left. I call customer service and although MOST of the assistants are kind, there has been progress made on getting this done and no sense of urgency since I mentioned that I was out of this medication. I do hope they take some of these reviews to heart because they have great providers but this is a little ridiculous."

"Dr. Patel was really thorough, articulate, and thoughtful with my visit. I was only there for an annual, but she was very helpful and concerned with making sure we covered everything possible that could be of concern. The office was really nice as well. Super clean and nice lobby, and the exam rooms were pretty much what you'd expect at a clinic like this. The staff was also quite nice."
