"Horrible experience with ordering glasses. Initial pick out and fitting Jennifer was quite cold. No worries, thought she may have had a bad day. Went to pick up today and was asked (before anyone checked) did you get one or two texts? Uh, was a text stating eyewear is ready. ?? The my new glasses were brought out. They were NOT the frames I ordered as I picked out full plastic and these had metal (tacky) pieces on the side. I went to find the ones I picked out on the wall and they weren’t there, but their other styles were there with the same brand and none had the metal. I told the lady that the ones I got were not correct and explained they were all plastic. She proceeded to tell me the ones ordered were what I got. I told her the ones Jennifer ordered were not the ones I ordered. She kept telling me over and over they were right. I asked her to show me where the sample one was that they fulfilled and they weren’t there. Can’t do anything about it until Jennifer returns mid next week. Getting a refund and prescription and will go elsewhere for the glasses and contacts. Horrible customer service experience."
