"I have recently purchase the Auto & Home insurance policy with All States (Rykman agency). I appreciate the staff at the Rykman agency staff being polite, and helped me to closed the policy on time. 'With respect to email response to customer query takes more then a day, need to improve upon. Under home insurance policy, I have been asked to 'Acknowledgement of Roof Surface Provisions' , saying I have to bear the cost to repair, rebuild or replace my roof surface (s) in the event of a covered loss due to windstorm or hail which is little weird to me."

"My homeowners insurance was going to go up $100 a month and my car insurance was going to go up $150 a month (hurricanes in Florida was apparently their justification). So I called Kory who bundled both policies and I saved $75 a month on my homeowners policy for the exact same coverage, and I save $100 a month on my car insurance. So as opposed to having a $250 a month increase, Kory saved me $175 a month. With the way everything's seeming to cost more this helps a bunch. Kory was quick in getting me all the paperwork I needed and was really polite and helpful in making sure that the coverage was to my liking. I highly recommend giving his agency a call to see what they can do for you."
