"The office manager Danny ( female) is the office manager and I must say she has to be one of the most rudest and disrespectful people I have ever spoken to that work in a doctors office. As caregivers, we have one goal and that is to provide quality care and show compassion for our patients. It was a very sad experience to deal with but it is even sadder the patient is the one who pays the price. She may be overwhelmed and overworked but if you need help... "ask for it" do not take it out on other people who are simply trying to do their job as well."

"***WARNING*** This place is horrible the owner is like a ghost no one knows who he is they don’t give you any number to contact for problems that occur there. These people do insurance fraud they also prescribe medicine that your allergic too. This happened to me there “GM “ Dani was no help at all tried scaring me with calling the cops after I asked for my money back. I told her to call them due to the fact that I DID NOTHING WRONG cops came the cop was also allergic to penicillin as well and knew the danger of being prescribed that medication. They’re not professional at all they do this all the time and give you the run around the pharmacy also told me that that Clinica Union has a bad rep with doing that. The pharmacy calls them out on it and clinica union gets upset. This place has to be SHUT DOWN a lot of kids/ babies go there and there is no per caution with that. They just take your money charge super high they steal from the Hispanic community. This place is horrible. SAVE A LIFE AND REPORT TO Georgia Composite medical board. This place does not deserve to be in the health business. Dani the “GM” is horrible helps no one besides there pockets they look to see how much money they can get from patients by lying to them that they have something so they can just charge more for “ Tests” super unsatisfied with this clinic. DO NOT GO PAY FOR A PROFESSIONAL PLACE”"

"This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I waited over 4 HOURS just to be seen. After 3 hours of not being called up or even taken encounter for I had to go ask them if everything was ok and they told me they had not gotten my info faxed over from another location. I had to call the Roswell location to get MY OWN information and then finally only after calling the Roswell location my info magically got sent over in less than 5 mins. I was being helped. The receptionist were so rude and I kept being told to wait even though I had been waiting for over 4 hours. The staff is very rude and not understanding at all. I spent a total of 6 hours here. This has to be the worst experience yet! While waiting I heard the receptionist discussing several including my own file with the other receptionist which is so unprofessional!!! No one in the lobby should hear you’re business of why you’re being seen. Also, they pick and choose what rules they wanna enforce and which they don’t which I think is very unprofessional especially because we are in the middle of a pandemic. They definitely need nicer more professional staff."

"Waiting area minimum 2 hours and when they finally call you into a room be prepared to wait approximately another hour inside. Had to change my daughter’s pediatrician because this was always the waiting time. Went to this clinic for 3 years straight 1st year was nice and smooth but ever since they changed their team they went down, I finally decided to move to children’s pediatricians due to having to wait almost 3 hours for some results that had to be discussed by one of the pediatricians. Receptionists don”t even look you in the face when you go up to ask a question or when you first get there."

"**** DO NOT GO HERE **** came to the clinic at 9am the time they open to bring my mother, signed her in and it was about 10:30 when I asked when she’s going to be seen they said the Doc is doing a procedure. OK I understand but, then once we got into the room and we came in because my mother throat was hurting they said she needed a whole complete health panel ????? What is the reason for that when she came in for propane OK if we wanted to get a whole complete panel we could’ve came another day for that. When we came out we had to pay the consultation plus their membership and all the exam she had which I understand but let me tell you this!!!!!!! the amount my mother paid for a strep test WITH the membership was the same amount I had paid with OUT the membership. Depending how much the clinic is making that day is how much they will charge you they are a SCAM."
