I had some problems scheduling and getting in touch with the team online and through their phone system but apart from that - everyone at the office was so nice and pleasant and so so caring! A big thank you to Arushi and Ashby who were some of the best medical professionals I’ve ever met. They were so calm and caring throughout, as was everyone else including the reception, billing and X-ray tech. "Although I appreciate Dr Robertson’s care and advice, his office is a train wreck. Very clean and appealing but they frequently lose appointments and don’t really seem to care if you have an email FROM THEM stating your appointment time. You are forced to wait while “they figure out what happened”. Unacceptable for a medical practice where people are in pain and depend on their care. Doc finally decided he would see me after all other appts. 1:45 minutes later. In the meantime, I saw one of the employees coming back from lunch. She said”they’re in my space and they’re gonna pay”. I was parked, with a handicapped sticker between two handicapped spots that were both taken by non handicapped people. She was true to her word. Came out and my car was booted. Perfect end to an imperfect visit!"
