"The doctor and staff are quite nice, but I do not feel I could trust their medical opinions. I got several opinions from other doctors that all did not agree or understand the suggestions from this doctor. The office staff is also hard to get in touch with."

"I am so happy I found Dr. Johns at this location. I love her kind demeanor and professionalism. I truly felt she cared about me every step of the way. She always helped me understand the answers to all of my questions and helped guide me through all of the physical symptoms I was experiencing through out my pregnancy. I also love the women who do the ultra sounds here. They are also very caring, knowledgeable and patient. When it came time to give birth, Dr. Johns was very caring. Thank you so much for making my pregnancy wonderful."

"When I first went, I felt like I was being treated like a baby. But I brushed that off, no big deal I guess. Then I got pregnant, and I felt like I was just being rushed in and out, I was always seen late (even when I was the first appointment, and once, it was over an hour and a half late... Then I got in there and was seen and spoken to for all of 5/10 minutes...), and the record keeping was so poor. Ultrasound tech and docs alike made me feel like my requests for short exams and declines for certain procedures were not respected. Then I transferred to midwife care. It has been over FOUR months of me trying to get them to send my records, that I've paid to have sent, and filled out two forms for (they said the first one was lost). We still don't have my medical records. Very difficult experience with this practice, and I won't return."

"when i say don’t come here DO NOT COME HERE!!! they don’t care about your needs, they don’t care you need to reschedule, their definitely going to profile you! this is the worst doctors office i’ve ever been to. The only person i’ve truly honestly loved & liked was the lady taking my vitals! Let’s start on why they are the worst & why i would never ever in life recommend anyone to go to them, for starters let’s say if you need to reschedule, if you need to be prescribed medication for nausea anythinggg they do not answer the phone, better yet they call back the day before your appointment about your needs. HUGE NO & RED FLAG for me, this is not the place or people i want for my child! fast forward, i was starting to become nausea during my first trimester.. due to the doctor office being far from me and i was soooo sick i called & called & called & called, never received no answer. It took for me to go to my next appointment which was 3-4 weeks later just to get prescribed nausea medicine, mind you i was throwing up everyday every 30 mins to a hour couldn’t eat or anything.. on top of this being my first pregnancy i didn’t know what to do but you know what they didn’t do? CALL BACK, i never got a call back at all. They are even supposed to call you to let you know about your test results, they don’t do that either. Now we are at another appointment date.. i happened to have a UTI from my last appointment no one never told me, i asked because i was on google wondering why i was using the bathroom so much & why i felt pressure one time… so after i asked dr.klay she said yes they found it last test did anyone call you to tell you that? i told her no because they never call with my results like ever also it’s like YOU KNEW, CAUSE I BEEN TOLD YOU! Another reason i had to GO!!! leaving UTI untreated can cause harm to my child & obviously they don’t care. Oh i can’t forget how my very first appointment with them the so called “manager” of the office was very much rude & profiled my child’s father it took everything in me not to violate but i kept my cool and went and found a new doctors office. I don’t know her, i don’t care for her name because she not someone i had to converse with anyway, but she has dreads past her shoulders, she wears glasses very much evil spirited & judgmental. She fake smiles & act like everything is okay when deep down she is very much negative, if she don’t like her job she needs to find a new one #SIMPLE. I don’t wish this experience on no one & i definitely wasn’t having my child with people who don’t have the decency to answer the phone or call back or even tell me a UTI was found in my urine, like WHAT THE WORLD??. Do not go here and if you have to let this be your last option!"

"I am disappointed with the care that I’ve received at the midtown facility. There was always at least a two hour wait to be seen when I had a scheduled appointment, constantly completing the same forms for follow up visits, parts of my treatment were not fully explained prior to my follow up and I had to prepare for the day of, and my doctor telling me statements that were not facts. I had to wait days to receive a call back if I missed a call from the office. It was definitely a stressful experience and I will be seeking a new provider. Despite this the office staff was pleasant."
