"Saw me 5 minutes before my appointment time. Clean. Quick. Alex was incredibly thorough! I never had a doctor be that hands on and dedicated! Thank you Alex, for allowing me to have a restored trust in dermatologist. She is the reason for the five star review. I would have rated this place a four star otherwise. Receptionist was less than friendly and pleasant. No people skills. Parking is not able to be validated so it was $6 of mandatory garage parking for a business that will make over $300 in the time I was there. Validate parking to paying customers. Hire people who serve people with people skills. The ease of booking and the speed at which I got seen after scheduling online was quick. Happy to say that was efficient and the follow up email and text was effective. Third and last downside to booking online is my insurance information was not copied over to the office so I had to provide it all over again. Maybe a technology hiccup."

"The service once appointment starts is always great. However, me and other family members that are patients consistently wait at least 30 minutes until we are seen. This last time it was 45 minutes"

"I was able to get an appointment just a few days in advance. While the waiting room was quite full with a line the front desk was friendly and efficient and I was taken back to a room within 10 minutes of walking in the door. I got a full body scan and had a weird freckle removed and my care was very detailed and comfortable. Checkout was also really quick and friendly. All told a really excellent experience."

"They are the best here! I'm very picky when it comes to almost everything, but Dr. Bellamy is great. She's very informative and helpful when it comes to finding the right solution for you. This is the only medical office I've seen empty a full waiting room in under 30 minutes, and not in a bad way because, as I said, the doctors are very attentive. I usually get in and out in 20-30 minutes max."

"Saw Dr. Olansky for the first time today for a skin check and to set up a surgical visit for a bump I’ve had on my head for some time now. Dr. Olansky was excellent. Friendly, funny, kind, and he had the courtesy of coming in to my room to apologize for the delay in seeing me. The bad part of today’s visit was the support staff. One of the ladies at the front desk window where I checked in was just rude for no reason. I tried to ask a simple question: did she have a copy of my updated insurance card. She just ignored me. I asked again. She then ignored my question and asked me a series of other questions. I asked my question again, and she ignored me. Finally the other person at the window intervened and answered my question. When I was put into my room, I was not given a drape to cover up at all. The PA/nurse just left me in the room with the very cold air conditioning and didn’t offer anything to cover me as I sat there for an extended period of time in only my underwear. When the doctor came in to apologize the delay, he instructed her to give me a blanket. She took one out of the cabinet and handed it to me silently. At the end of the appointment, the same person ignored any of my attempts to be kind and share a funny comment. She just scheduled the surgery and left. She had the personality of a wet blanket. I don’t know why the staff appear to not like their jobs. Not sure why. If Dr. Olansky hadn’t been so great, I would be looking for another practice."
