"The front desk women is incredibly rude, had control issues, the place is in the back of some broken down house and was very unclean. Recommend hiring someone who understands customer care especially in a health setting. Their job is to make people calmer and not stress them unnecessarily. I hope the doctor and owner reads this and hires new front desk staff so they can stay in business and be represented the way I imagine they would want. For your travel needs go to passport health as I ended up doing or any other place. I promise that you will thank me for it."

The doctor made sure that i knew what I should eat and not eat and gave me a few precautionary medications in case i had problems while Im there. Glad I found Highland Travel Medicine."
"This place was a really great experience. I had a last minute trip to Africa, that required me to get a Yellow fever vaccination. They took me as a walk in, the administrative assistant (Taeshawn) was very kind, patient and informative. I observed her being very kind to and elder man who was not understanding his options. Her tone was kind and supportive. Once I was with the physician, she took her time to explain the medical state/dangers of the location I was traveling to, ensured I had all the necessary additional medications for "just in case" scenarios, and gave me an emergency plan. She asked great questions, gave informative paperwork, and more importantly she gave her time, of which she did not have to. I am genuinely appreciative of this clinic and my experience. Last minute travel is already a stress, your Doctor/clinician should not add to it! Thank you!"
