"We had a great experience. The np or nurse was thorough and my son responded to the medication well. He was coughing and congested. She was pleasant and answered all of my questions. Thankful"

"I brought my fiancé in because he was having flu-like symptoms. I made an appointment online for 6:30 and we got there right at 6:30. By the time we got out, walked to the back, and filled out the questionnaire on the kiosk (which were all already answered for the online appointment) for us to sign in, it was past 5 minutes and we were no longer able to sign in. The practitioner was watching us struggle and knew we had been there a few minutes and did nothing to help us out. When I asked her what was up and why the kiosk was saying we couldn’t sign in, she informed us that it locks you out once it’s been 5 minutes past the appointment time. He needed to be seen, so I asked if she could make an exception and she said she would see what she could do. She invited him into her office, asked if he’d been there before, he had not, and dismissed him. Absolutely nowhere on the website did it say anything about new patients, as well as the 5 minute rule. Frustrated, we went to an urgent care center down the street with double the stars for the reviews. We absolutely will not be back- shame on you Walgreens and shame on you Piedmont!!!"

"I called and asked what was the price of a skin tag removal. Was told $80. Got to my appt and the NP asked me did I know how much it was. I said yes. I was told $80 on the phone when I made the appt and I read it on the pricing board in waiting room. She called someone to get the code to input it for payment but couldn’t reach anyone. She removed the skin tag then called two more people to determine the code. After talking to someone, she told me the cost was about $40 more due to a required examination fee. I told her she didn’t examine me for anything and that I wasn’t quoted that initially or before treatment. She said that Piedmont would review the amount and decrease if necessary and to give them a call. I immediately called Piedmont and told I would have to call back once the info loaded into the system by midweek. I called midweek and was told that self pay pays 70% of the amount of the visit and I was also charged a preventive counseling fee for $400. I didn’t receive preventive counseling as there is no preventive measures for skin tags. They are a chronic condition of mine which is what I told the NP. I get them removed on a regular basis. I will never go to this Walgreens clinic again. Please make sure you confirm how much before treatment. I was not told or given anything to sign confirming treatment costs. I plan on pursuing this as far as needed. I don’t think what was done was ethical or right."

"The Lady who ‘helped’ me almost killed me. I have an immunodeficiency and I told her that I take medicine that keeps me from producing white blood cells. I went in with an upper respiratory infection and I was told to drink water and take antihistamines (prescribed by her) because my immune system would fight off the infection. Of course that is not what happened. Luckily I am not stupid and went to someone who did not get their degree online. Seriously, that practitioner is going to cause a malpractice suit. Just something to think about before putting your life in their hands. Urgent Care cost the same amount and they were more than competent and even much faster."

"If I could give a lower score I would. I am disgusted. I am currently trying to dispute a claim. I came in and the woman took my information. She charged my insurance and then asked what the problem was. All I told her was that I had been having bladder issues and was taking Azo. She told me she could not help me because Azo dyes the test strips. She said she’d already billed my insurance but because she didn’t help me or do ANYTHING she would send a notice to cancel the charge. Well she didn’t. Now I’m having to dispute a claim because I’m supposed to pay $200 for a woman forcing me out of her office, telling me she can’t help me, and then lying to me by saying that she would cancel the charge. I am a local teacher and as I am just starting out I can’t afford $200 for something I received no help with. I am disgusted and appalled. Edit: After waiting for over a month and being threatened with bills I was told that due to being a "new patient" that I would be paying more for my visit. I was NOT a new patient and had even seen the nurse before who was at the location. Basically I was told that I am being forced to pay a $200 bill for an office visit that did not happen, where I was forced to leave, I received no medical advice or help, and no tests were given. I also have to pay $200 because that is the cost of a single NURSE typing in new insurance information into a computer and then LYING to me saying that she would not charge me due to not helping me. So not only will I be telling EVERYONE I know about this I am moving my prescriptions out of the Walgreens that houses the biggest medical scammers I have ever seen. This makes me incredibly sick."
