"Dr. Lloyd is extremely kind, and compassionate. One of the best doctors I’ve had, since I travel/move quite a bit with my job. I needed to be on a medication that my new insurance required pre-authorization, and was told that Dr. Lloyd does not do pre-authorizations for insurance companies. I am now on the search again for a Doctor who can provide pre-authorizations to my insurance to get the medicine I was prescribed. It’s unfortunate I have to start all over again with another doctor, as I was very pleased with Dr. Lloyd as a primary care Doctor. My experience was 2 stars because of this, but as long as your insurance doesn’t require pre-authorizations I would recommend Dr. Lloyd."

"Dr Lloyd and Kim are always very nice every time I go to an appointment. Kim makes sure that the atmosphere is welcoming from the minute I walk in the door. Dr Lloyd really shows that he cares about my health and and goes over and above to make sure I am well informed about my condition. "While Dr. Lloyd is very good and always nice his staff his awful. They are unprofessional and rude. I dealt with it for years, long before they moved to Hiram. I continued with them even though they had moved much further out because of Dr. Lloyd. His staff had constantly changed over the years and rarely has polite or friendly person working the desk. I wish it hadn't been that way or I would not be currently changing primary care."

"Dr Lloyd and Ms Kim been very professional every time l have a sick appt with them. They are very patient, loving, understanding and will never rush you so that you are out of their office . Ms Kim l luck words to experience her service she's always smiling, concern about your welfare, very respective no matter how busy she is, when you ask her questions she will answer those she can and those she can't she always says will let the doctor know. Dr Lloyd On the other hand , very patient, kind and very professional takes time with you as a patient and will follow up with you to see how you are doing, always answers your questions will use diagrams if possible to make you understand and with him there are no stupid questions he answers them all to the best of his knowledge. I couldn't ask for a better doctor, the service his office and staff offer is beyond measures and would recommend him and his staff 100% to any one in need of a medical doctor. They are the best."
