"It has been my knowledge for several years that Emory was one of the best doctors in hospitals in the state of Georgia however I have learned from your doctor and your medications and everything else that they are not the best I keep getting messages that I have an appointment and I don't then your people want to get smart with me because I'm aggravated because you can't do your job your incompetent took me over a month for the doctor to call me back about a pain clinic that is incompetency don't bother me anymore. Emory is supposed to be a good place to go it's also supposed to be a teaching hospital obviously I don't want none of your doctors because you're not teaching them very well this is crazy second month in a row second month your people want to get smart with me because I'm aggravated with the fact you keep sending me appointment schedules that I didn't make with the doctor I didn't even see you need to check on your clinic and act work that's what you need to do because the people don't have a clue"

"I'm not surprised that Dr. Parker is gone. The last time I saw her, I nearly commented about whether she was planning on leaving. I could tell her heart wasn't in it any longer. I've been a patient with this "group" going back to 1983 when we moved back to Georgia. I still miss Dr. Andrews."

"They really need to take dr.Parker off the doctor on call list because she’s completely useless. Did not understand what I was saying kept repeating the wrong information back. (My toddler can repeat what I say back better than she did; very concerning)Complete waste of time. Keep in mind I’ve been coming here 22 years and never really had any issues before."

"Doctor Gilbert is kind, considerate, and really listens. Everyone on the staff is very welcoming. The only problem is Emory changing the phone and pushing their app. Instead of using those I just drive to the office. It is a ten minute drive and Emory is not going to win!"

"Dr. Ortega is amazing. She is goofy but she is very through with her patients. It was my first doctors appointment since I was 16 & she made me feel comfortable & safe. Also the front desk ladies were very kind & welcoming. Check out nurse was super quick and sweet as well, I am so glad they take my insurance. My grandmother & I now are both seen by D. Ortega & We are very happy with her care."
