"If you care about your children, take them somewhere else! I’ve tried for over a week to get my children’s medication filled and set up an appointment. I’ve left messages everyday for four days straight and no call backs! This place has done nothing but go straight down hill for the past two years. I pray these doors shut for good soon and a company with a heart who cares about people will replace it."

"This place is the worst they don’t care about there patients it’s more about the money and titles here my brother stopped taking his meds 2 years and they didn’t even know. He didn’t even pick them up. He has tortured my 73 year old mom for the last two years. He health is going cause the voices want let him eat or sleep. And they still have done nothing so do your self a favor and go to psychiatrist not this hole in the wall"

"My daughter has been going here for years. High turnover rate. No one stays, never answers the phone, constantly has issues with getting in for therapy or you wait months only for them to cancel and reschedule. You can't get the nurse for your medication, severely understaffed in my opinion. But you don't have that many options because it's the same at every office. Mental Health is not taken seriously and it's sad that a paycheck is all they care about instead of your well being."

"I went here as a teenager back in 2015-2017 and it messed me up. Reagan told me that she would call CPS (based on what I told her about my home life) but they didn't care about people my age (I was 17 at the time) she also told me how horrible my mother was even though my mother was my only support system and reagan continued to project her hatred of her own bipolar mother onto my bipolar mother and then went on to tell me that she has to deal with 10 yr olds killing themselves so she was dealing with a lot. In addition, the psychiatrist at the time (a woman from India, dont remember her name) belittled me to the point of I stopped taking my medication, started cutting again, and felt generally unsupported and treated like a child. The fact that this sticks with me 6 years later should tell you something. Don't go here. They don't care about your wellbeing."

"Honestly just ridiculous. I went in as a walk in at 8am. I sat in waiting room until almost 11am. I was brought into back room and had a one minute conversation. They said they couldn't see me. I was in waiting room by myself for over 30 minutes. There was still an hour until 12pm. No idea why they couldn't see me. I had to take a lyft here. Spent $25 and 3 hours waiting for a one minute conversation. Just ridiculous. I dont even know why I tried to get help. It was very disappointing and discouraging. It took a lot to push myself to even go in. Feel worse than when I walked in. Go somewhere else."
